777hx Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777hx" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777hx.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the 777hx brand.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 777hx platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the 777hx registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held within a Player's 777hx account wallet at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, approved withdrawal-eligible winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds, free spin equivalents, or other non-cash credits issued by 777hx subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-credit stake placed on any game, sports market, or other betting product offered on the 777hx platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by 777hx prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 777hx platform for players accessing from Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 777hx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between the Player and 777hx.

A Player's acceptance of these Terms is confirmed at the point of account registration when the Player checks the acceptance checkbox during the sign-up process. Continued use of the 777hx platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

777hx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 777hx account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on their own behalf.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from the 777hx platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 777hx or any of its game provider partners, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

777hx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending receipt and verification of such documentation. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds within the account will be forfeited.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) 777hx account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

During registration, the Player is required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including full legal name, valid date of birth, active email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. 777hx will never request a Player's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Players must:

• Use a strong, unique password for their 777hx account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, to protect account access.
• Notify 777hx support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Not share login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

777hx accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials, provided that 777hx has not been negligent in the safeguarding of the Player's account data.

777hx accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card. All deposits are transacted in PKR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the 777hx deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777hx does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits made to the 777hx platform are non-refundable except in cases of verified platform error or where required by applicable regulation.
• In the event of a deposit transaction error, the Player must notify 777hx support within 72 hours of the failed or incorrect transaction.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money funds from their 777hx account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed on the 777hx withdrawal page.
• Bonus credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and applicable banking hours.

777hx reserves the right to conduct additional security verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such verification requirement via their registered contact details.

777hx may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unplayed at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• 777hx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus terms, or cancel a promotion at any time where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms is detected.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed. 777hx retains sole discretion over the eligibility criteria for all promotional offers.

All games available on the 777hx platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game's outcome, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

777hx uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. 777hx does not guarantee that any Player will achieve a positive financial outcome from gameplay.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — 777hx will endeavour to restore the game session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not technically possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance at the pre-wager value.

Sports betting markets on 777hx are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for each sport and market type. 777hx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently determined to have been offered in error.

777hx provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time reminders that trigger notifications during active gaming sessions to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be suspended and no access to gaming features will be permitted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time and amount spent during a session are available in account settings.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact 777hx's responsible gaming support team. 777hx takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and will act on them promptly.

Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account during an active exclusion period will have such accounts closed immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777hx platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal details to access the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit market pricing or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Abusing the 777hx bonus system through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms beyond their intended purpose.

All content on the 777hx platform — including but not limited to the 777hx brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777hx or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777hx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777hx content without prior written authorisation.

All game content made available through the 777hx platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

777hx collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players also accept the terms of the 777hx Privacy Policy.

777hx implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and access-controlled data storage to protect Player personal information. 777hx will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Player data may be shared with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to fulfil 777hx's obligations under these Terms or applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hx's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's account, or the Player's use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777hx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from:

• The Player's use of or inability to use the 777hx platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 777hx's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to the Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Changes to game availability, odds, or platform features made in accordance with these Terms.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications network failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777hx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by 777hx.

Either the Player or 777hx may terminate the Player's account at any time subject to the following conditions:

Player-initiated closure: A Player may close their 777hx account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and settlement of any pending wagers. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure.

777hx-initiated closure: 777hx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Player is under the minimum age requirement.
• Evidence of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against 777hx without prior good-faith resolution attempt.

Where 777hx closes an account due to proven fraudulent conduct, funds within the account may be forfeited. In all other cases of 777hx-initiated closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable bonus credits.

In the event that a Player wishes to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of their 777hx account, gameplay outcome, bonus settlement, or withdrawal, the following escalation process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player must first contact 777hx's customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute including account username, date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and the nature of the complaint.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 777hx will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and conduct an internal review within ten (10) business days. The outcome of the review will be communicated to the Player in writing.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the dispute may be escalated to 777hx's designated dispute resolution process. Details of the escalation channel applicable to the Player's account will be provided in the internal review response.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 777hx's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

777hx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 777hx will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally feasible.

Continued use of the 777hx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
